AGREEMENT and APPLICATION for www.TheOriginalLatinoFanClub.com blog pages

The signature of the applicant below indicates their acceptance of the following terms:

www.theoriginallatinofanclub.com will publish the undersigned a page ("Blog") on its website including text and photos (a standard release form is required for photos of people. The subject photographed must be 18 years of age and sign the release form. A copy of 2 pieces of ID must be included.)

The Latino Fan Club and www.theoriginallatinofanclub.com accepts no responsibility for the content of the individual blogger (author). The opinions and statements written by the blogger are not, and do not reflect, the opinions and/or beliefs of the Latino Fan Club.

The Latino Fan Club and www.theoriginallatinofanclub.com reserves the right to edit, change, or delete any content it deems offensive, slanderous, illegal or inappropriate without notifying and without the consent of the blogger (author).

Upon signing this agreement, the blogger may submit their blog, BY TYPING THE TEXT in the MESSAGE WINDOW (and NOT as an attachment) when emailing to: latinofans@aol.com Blogs created and sent by US Mail, UPS or FED EX (etc.) will NOT be accepted. Photos may be attached to the email as .jpegs (72 dpi). Artwork should be scanned and submitted as .jpegs as well.

I hereby understand and accept the above agreement and will abide by its rules. I certify by this affidavit that I am 18 years of age or older.
